1. Lapping Plant for I.D. & O.D.
We have German Lapping Plant for Lapping our Pins. We make it under some specification which are given below.
Crank and Gudgeon Pin O.D.
Cutoff = 0.80 [m.m.]
Lm = 4.00 [m.m.]
Ra = 0.05 [m.m.]
We have special plant for ROD I.D. (Hole) lapping. Because of lapping in ROD I.D. our ROD has more 25 % like than others.
Connecting ROD I.D.
Cutoff = 0.80 [m.m.]
Lm = 4.00 [m.m.]
Ra = 0.04 [m.m.]
Oval and Taper 0.003 m.m.
